Sun-hat Villas are very proud to present Villa Petunia, an exclusive and very impressive four bedroom villa with private heated pool located in the luxury development of Varandas do Lago, which is situated between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Complete with wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, this lovely villa is highly recommended for your family villa holiday in the Algarve.
Living Areas
The main living area is a very large, open plan living/ dining room with two split a/c units; a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; BBC & ITV; Wi-fi internet and Playstation 4 games console with blu-ray DVD player. Plenty of comfy seating and dining table with 8 chairs.
Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with integrated microwave; oven; electric hobs & extractor; American style fridge freezer with ice maker; dishwasher; kettle; Delta Q coffee machine; toaster and sandwich toaster. On the lower level of the property is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All of the bedrooms in Villa Petunia have split unit a/c and have two twin beds together. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property, bedroom one has an en suite with shower and double vanities; bedroom two has an en suite bathroom with double vanities. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has an en suite with shower and double vanities; and bedroom four is the master suite complete with a TV with cable channels; en suite with bath, shower and double vanities and doors to the terraces private to this room.
One of the bedrooms can be prepared as a double upon request.
Outside Space
The private saltwater swimming pool measures an impressive 10 x 5 metres with manual cover- the pool can be heated for a weekly charge. On the poolside terraces there are an integrated charcoal BBQ; exterior dining table and chairs; table tennis table and lots of comfortable furniture to relax on- including sun loungers and double loungers.
Location
Villa Petunia is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week with towels changed every visit and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
