A hallway leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (with overhead shower fitment), 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further twin bedrooms and a shower room.

Doors lead out to a covered terrace, which extends the length of the villa, with a comfy rattan suite at one end for relaxing, and table & chairs, and a built-in barbecue, at the other end for dining.

Life is seen differently when you savour the moment of sitting on your terrace, enjoying a refreshing drink and contemplating the Mediterranean from a privileged setting, before dining alfresco.

From here, 4 steps lead down to the rectangular infinity swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround, bordered by a small lawned garden and enclosed by walls & hedges.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License – VT606 ME

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
