Overview

Villa Aster is a pleasant two bedroom linked villa with a private plunge pool, located in the popular resort of Quinta das Salinas - less than ten minutes’ walk from the Ancão beach with its popular restaurants 2 Passos and The Bold Octopus. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement and Wi-Fi internet is included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and dining area and includes a breakfast bar with two stools. You will find that it is well equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, integrated microwave, electric oven & grill, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, hand blender and a toaster.

The air conditioned lounge and dining room are comfortably furnished with a table and seating for six people, ample sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors open directly onto the pool and terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the lounge lead to the decked terrace and pool area. The pool measures approx. 5m x 3m with ladder entry and can be covered. The terrace is furnished with a table and seating for four people, two sun loungers and two parasols.

Location

Quinta das Salinas is a beautiful area located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo so is therefore in a great central position in which to explore the local area and take in sights such as the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos and The Bold Octopus restaurants) both of which are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Maid service is twice per week with a bathroom towel change, for bookings over one week then the bed linen will be changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
