Sun-hat are proud to present Villa Cielo, a stunning and contemporary new-build villa offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. This exceptional four bedroom villa features a private swimming pool, a fantastic rooftop jacuzzi, a petanque court, an internal lift spanning four floors, and a games room complete with a football table, a table tennis table, and a pool table. Ideally located in the Encosta do Lago area of Quinta do Lago and just a short walk from the lake, Villa Cielo provides an elegant and sophisticated retreat for an unforgettable family holiday.

Villa Cielo is designed for ultimate comfort with built-in Sonos speakers in the living areas, black-out blinds on all the windows, and a laundry shoot on all floors, down to the utility room. Centralised air conditioning is provided in the living areas, and split unit air conditioning throughout the rest of the property, plus there is high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout - and all of these are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge is bright and spacious with large full length patio doors allowing natural light to flood the room, this living area is furnished with a large 'L' shaped sofa, seating seven people, a double sided feature fireplace, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and patio doors lead directly to the garden and poolside terrace.

There is a second snug TV area with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (again bring you own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and comfy sofa seating, adjacent to the snug is the dining area with a large table with seating for eight people. Large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

From the dining area sliding doors open up to the modern kitchen complete with a central island and three accompanying stools. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including two fridges, two freezers, a Smeg coffee machine and a further Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nutribullet juicer, a large cooking range with seven gas hobs, a gas oven, extractor fan and a dishwasher. There is also a Marshall Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite sounds directly from your Smart device and the room is furnished with a breakfast table and four chairs. Patio doors lead to the outside BBQ kitchen area complete with a gas BBQ, food preparation counter, a sink, and a drinks fridge.

For those who have to do a little work during their holiday, there is a convenient media room complete with a desk, monitor and a chair, and from here patio doors open onto a garden terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the property you will find the garage, utility room, and the games area. The garage has space for two cars and there is also an electric car charger available. The utility room houses two washing machines, two tumble dryers and two freezers and the iron & ironing board.

The games room is where a lot of fun is to be had, and is complete with centralised air conditioning, a table tennis table, a pool table and a table football table. There is ample comfy sofa seating and a large flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level of Villa Cielo and this is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the garden terrace.

Stairs or alternatively the internal lift lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. For families with young children there is a child gate at the top and bottom of these stairs. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom four is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a large dressing area, sofa seating and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities and two heated towel rails.

On the lower level of the property you will find a further bedroom suitable for an au pair/nanny or teenagers, this room has twin beds, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Please enquire for further information should you require the use of this lower level room.

Outside Space

The garden is landscaped and laid to lawn. There is a covered dining area complete with a table and seating for eight people. The poolside terrace is furnished with three double sun loungers and two parasols. The swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 5m and has steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and also has an electric pool cover to help retain the heat at night. There is a further seating area complete with a table and four chairs.

Please note that the garden is completely private and is surrounded by hedgerow. A beautiful new outdoor kitchen is being built and we will update the photos once its completed.

The private roof terrace has a lovely seating area with lovely views of the local area and a fantastic rooftop jacuzzi (heating supplement applies).

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service - Monday to Friday, with bed linen changed weekly and bathroom towels changed mid-week and weekly. Pool towels, Molten Brown products are provided in all the bathrooms, Dyson hairdryers in all the bedrooms, and a safe are all provided for your convenience.
