As well as the beautiful city of Palma just a short drive away, there are the popular sandy beaches of Cala Major five minutes and Illetas 10 minutes away by road.
Casa Helena offers a high standard of accommodation for 10 persons across two levels.

There is an assortment of off-beat decor to accentuate the beauty of the entire property. The living area presents a bohemian patterned rug as well as a collection of pure cream seating arrangements. The dining area adheres to a much more decadent theme, showcasing a distressed wooden table and an accompanying set of matching chairs. The Birgit Mueller kitchen provides everything you need, from top-range appliances to plenty of wood-panelled cupboard space. You are also treated to lovely views beyond the terrace while you prep.
From the spacious open-plan living space, minimalist glass doors fold completely back to reveal the
covered terrace, which extends the length of the villa with a comfy seating area at one end and table & chairs, and a built-in charcoal barbecue, for alfresco dining at the other.
Steps lead down to the rectangular salt-water swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace with sun loungers & parasols and enclosed by high hedges.
Upper terrace with further sun loungers and table & chairs, with lovely views of the surrounding area & coast.
Separate leafy secluded garden to the rear with further seating areas.

Note - This property has a number of steps, which is something to consider for young children or guests with reduced mobility.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/7200
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
NB.This villa owner requires a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Palma & Southwest Mallorca.
