Villa Serenity is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the southeast of Mallorca – Cas Catalá.

It is a peaceful, leafy enclave with winding hillside streets lined with upmarket homes and villas, close to Bendinat golf course.

Occupying a prime corner plot and commanding spectacular sea views from all angles of the property, Villa Serenity has just been completely refurbished and finished to a very high standard, having used quality materials and oozes elegance throughout. It combines a modern Mediterranean feel with designer furnishings, top-quality details and light-filled rooms. The owner has meticulously overseen the refurbishment and has ensured maximum comfort and quality throughout.

Upon entering Villa Serenity, you are welcomed by a spacious and light filled interior. Large floor to ceiling windows provide maximum natural light to the indoors. An ample area hosts a divine open plan living room, dining area and a high spec, top of the range, modern ‘Miele’ kitchen.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor (one being a multifunctional room with two comfortable sofa beds) and 3 on the first floor, sleeping 8/12 persons in total.

You’ll find plenty of places to unwind both inside and out. Big glass doors slide open to an outdoor lounge, perfect for sundowners. A large dining table can be found adjacent to the kitchen for outdoor dining, and an exterior staircase (no handrail) leads down to the heatable salt-water swimming pool, surrounded by tiled terraced and high-quality pool furniture including sun loungers and sofa. There is a roof top terrace with further seating area and hot tub-jacuzzi.

Ground floor - Living room with comfortable seating, large corner sofa & 2 chairs, Satellite TV, WIFI, fireplace and patio doors to the terrace, leading to dining area with table & chairs and patio doors to the terrace, breakfast bar with 4 stools leading to open-plan modern Miele kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and patio doors to the terrace, utility room with washing machine.

The ground floor is home to two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, patio doors to balcony/terrace and en-suite bathroom (free-standing bath & separate shower). The second bedroom is a multifunctional room with two comfortable sofa beds that can accommodate an additional two guests, Satellite TV, workspace with desk.

Up a set of stairs to access the first floor level;

This is where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The third bedroom is the master bedroom, twin beds (which can be made up as a king) and en-suite bathroom (free-standing bath & separate shower).

The remaining two bedrooms both include a pair of single beds, and both have an en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Linen & towel change on a Saturday. End of stay cleaning.

Air-conditioning & underfloor heating throughout.

Pool heating €525 per week

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/15402

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euros per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government
