This lovely villa is part of the exclusive Sol de Mallorca neighbourhood, located between the coastal villages of Cala Vinyes and Portals Vells, in southwest of Mallorca.

Sleeping up to 10 persons, Villa Portals Vells has 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom) and 4 bathroom/shower rooms, lovely airy interiors and the Master Suite has a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views while you soak, a walk-in wardrobe and a lovely terrace.

There is a bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen, which makes cooking a breeze, a large indoor dining room and a beautifully furnished living room, with two seating areas.

Chances are it won’t be long until you are relaxing in the infinity heatable swimming pool enjoying the wonderful sea views and there are various terraces. across several levels, so you can always find a quiet corner to unwind in and a gas barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and a long dining table perfect for lingering alfresco suppers.

Villa Portals Vells has everything you need for your holiday, it offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation and scores particularly highly for its setting, offering a combination of clear turquoise waters, pine woods and a trio of white-sand beaches, making this a particularly serene and scenic spot. You are also just a short distance from a small harbour, where you can charter boats to explore the coast and the luxury marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals.

en-suite bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower, 1 bedroom with bed 180 x 200cm, 1 shower room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, door to terrace and en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

The pool area with infinity heatable swimming pool is the ideal spot to enjoy views of the coast and the wild pine forest landscape that stretches across the horizon. In addition, various terraces on different levels offer opportunities for retreat and create oases of peace. Next to the pool is the barbecue area with gas barbecue and long wooden table to eat under a shaded veranda. Both the interior and the exterior of the villa are also equipped with Sonos and BOSE music systems.

Location

This lovely villa is part of the exclusive Sol de Mallorca neighbourhood, located between the coastal villages of Cala Vinyes and Portals Vells, in southwest of Mallorca.

Nearest Supermarket - The Market in Sol De Mallorca, 1.4kms.

There is only one restaurant in Sol de Mallorca, Restaurant Pinós, located in the centre. It provides a full and varied menu accompanied by spectacular views of the sea and has a large terrace.

Beaches nearby;

• Caló de la Bella Dona: small, beautiful and clean cove of rocks and sand located in Sol de Mallorca. The access is hidden, with a path that starts at the corner of Embat Street and Avenida Joan Miró and continues through the back of a house.

• Cala Aixada: 600m, a rocky cove located in the Sol de Mallorca housing development. It is accessed by a staircase.

• Playa El Mago : 500m, a small beach of rocks and sand. It is located near the Cala Vinyes housing development. It is a clothing-optional beach.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

1 x weekly cleaning of the house, 1 x weekly change of linen, 2 x weekly change of towels.

Air-conditioning & heating throughout.

Pool heating €375 per week.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/4870

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euros per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Please note that there is a Security Deposit of 4000 euros, and this will be taken by Sun-Hat Villas & Resorts pre-departure. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges, will be advised by the owner on the day of departure, charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.

NB.This villa owner requires a 50% deposit at time of booking.
