Villa Rubi offers a private and exclusive ambience – from an outdoor swimming pool, sun terraces and a lovely lawned and hedged garden, to an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi at one end (both unheated), Turkish bath (Hamman), pool table, table tennis table and a small football & basketball court, there literally is something for everyone!

Living Areas

The villa is set over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, a very spacious living area with comfy leather sofas & easy chairs, panoramic windows, Satellite TV, DVD player, Music system, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining area leading to open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with island, electric hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher, wine fridge and utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Lower ground floor – Further spacious open-plan living area with comfy sofas, Satellite TV, dining area and open-plan fully-equipped kitchen

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are five double bedrooms (4 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor – simpler in style & more suitable for nanny-staff) and 8 bathrooms/shower rooms & 1 guest cloakroom.

Outside Space

Villa Rubi offers a private and exclusive ambience – from an outdoor swimming pool, sun terraces and a lovely lawned and hedged garden, to an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi at one end (unheated), Turkish bath (Hamman), pool table, table tennis table and a small football & basketball court, there is literally something for everyone!

Location

Palma city centre is only 10 minutes away and the most beautiful beaches and bays of Mallorca can be reached quickly by car.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service – your accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. There will be a twice weekly cleaning service (6hrs total) and a change of linen, once a week, and a change of towels, twice a week.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV/6213.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
