The area is renowned for its Mediterranean-style mansions and its proximity to the stylish marina at Puerto Portals, just a five-minute drive away. The marina offers exclusive shopping, chic restaurants, bars, and a small beach with a chiringuito (beach bar). Essential amenities, including supermarkets and pharmacies, are available in the nearby centre of Portals.

Living room with a comfortable sofa, chaise longue & pouffe, with sea views, Satellite TV, WIFI, a cosy gas fireplace, and a large sliding door that opens to the terrace, dining room with table & chairs and sliding door that opens to the terrace, study with desk and a large sliding door that opens to the terrace, and open-plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar with stools. Equipped with high-quality appliances, including a 90 cm ceramic hob with a BORA extractor system, a 90 cm oven, a microwave, an AEG dishwasher with ComfortLift basket, a large refrigerator and a separate freezer.

Pool Suite 2 & 3 with queen-size bed in pool suite 2 & king-size bed in pool suite 3, Satellite TV & Bluetooth speakers in pool suite 3, doors to terrace/pool – these two suites share a shower room.

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy of the villa is 6 persons plus 1 infant.

Outside Space

The villa features a heatable saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor sauna with garden & pool views, and multiple terraces with comfortable seating.

For outdoor dining, the villa offers a barbecue terrace with an awning, a spacious table, and an outdoor kitchen with a Napoleon gas barbecue grill. The kitchenette on the ground floor by the pool is perfect for beverage needs, equipped with a refrigerator, an AEG dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The area in which Villa Riviera Serena is located is renowned for its Mediterranean-style mansions and its proximity to the stylish marina at Puerto Portals, just a five-minute drive away. The marina offers exclusive shopping, chic restaurants, bars, and a small beach with a chiringuito (beach bar). Essential amenities, including supermarkets and pharmacies, are available in the nearby centre of Portals. The villa is approximately a 20-minute drive from Palma airport and the island’s capital, Palma.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Mid-stay clean on a Wednesday. If staying more than 1 week, linen and towel change on a Saturday.

Air-conditioning & heating throughout.

Pool heating €350 per week.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euros per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
