The villa is located high up in leafy Portals Hills, one of the island’s most coveted neighbourhood's thanks to its proximity to the Port Portals Marina.

It is opposite the prestigious Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, with the “Collins” restaurant, which offers an authentic gastronomic experience and an exquisite selection of the best dishes to delight the senses!

It is approximately a five-minute walk downhill to Portals Nous, with its pleasant main road lined with cafes and local businesses, and another 10-minute walk to the bustling marina. Another big bonus is that the beautiful capital of Palma is just 15-minute drive away.

It’s a wonderfully open light-filled villa, where living, dining and kitchen areas merge seamlessly, through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a broad pool terrace and expansive vistas towards the sea.

Colourful contemporary artworks brighten crisp white walls, while polished marble floors and smart contemporary furnishings all add to this sophisticated-yet-livable property.

There are 5 bedrooms, and these are located on the lower floor, all with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms. There is also a second living room featuring fun underwater windows from the pool.

The expansive outdoor patio living space includes a long infinity salt-water swimming pool and views over the Mediterranean. Beautifully lit at night and offering coastal views all day with perfect sunrises and sunsets. Spend lazy days in the company of a good book by the swimming pool and cook up culinary delight on the barbecue, an excellent setting for dining al fresco.

Lower Ground Floor - small living area with L-shaped comfortable sofa & Satellite TV (featuring fun underwater windows from the pool).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Lower Ground Floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace/garden and en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace/garden and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

All have blackout blinds and double-glazed windows.

Outside Space

Infinity salt-water swimming pool, sunbathing terrace with sun-loungers & parasols, covered terrace with outdoor sofa, table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

For eating out, you’re really spoilt for choice. Firstly, the Portals Hills Boutique hotel is just opposite, with a fabulously refined “Collins” restaurant and down in the marina are at least a dozen decent dining options, too, including Flanigan, famously frequently Spanish royalty.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Linen & towel change on a Saturday. End of stay cleaning.

Air-conditioning & Underfloor heating throughout.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/6551

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euros per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Please note that there is a Security Deposit of 3000 euros, and this will be taken by Sun-Hat Villas & Resorts pre-departure. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges, will be advised by the owner on the day of departure, charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.

NB.This villa owner requires a 50% deposit at time of booking.
