The villa is located high up in leafy Portals Hills, one of the island’s most coveted neighbourhood's thanks to its proximity to the Port Portals Marina.
It is opposite the prestigious Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, with the “Collins” restaurant, which offers an authentic gastronomic experience and an exquisite selection of the best dishes to delight the senses!
It is approximately a five-minute walk downhill to Portals Nous, with its pleasant main road lined with cafes and local businesses, and another 10-minute walk to the bustling marina. Another big bonus is that the beautiful capital of Palma is just 15-minute drive away.

There are 5 bedrooms, and these are located on the lower floor, all with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms. There is also a second living room featuring fun underwater windows from the pool.
The expansive outdoor patio living space includes a long infinity salt-water swimming pool and views over the Mediterranean. Beautifully lit at night and offering coastal views all day with perfect sunrises and sunsets. Spend lazy days in the company of a good book by the swimming pool and cook up culinary delight on the barbecue, an excellent setting for dining al fresco.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/6551
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euros per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Please note that there is a Security Deposit of 3000 euros, and this will be taken by Sun-Hat Villas & Resorts pre-departure. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges, will be advised by the owner on the day of departure, charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.
NB.This villa owner requires a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Palma & Southwest Mallorca.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
