It’s no wonder why the steep hillside overlooking Port d’Andratx has become a popular setting for top-end villas in recent years – the views are absolutely spellbinding. Villa Celeste not only boasts this enviable locale, but its elevated position puts it amongst some of the area’s finest!

Set in a cul-de-sac location, and with a gated entrance into the driveway & parking area, steps lead up to the villa and it’s luxury, all the way from here – with its chic light-filled layout and immaculate interior design, to its spacious wraparound terraces, its swimming pool & jacuzzi.

Villa Celeste is furnished in a contemporary style. The living room has two large grey sofas with plush cushions, providing a comfortable space to relax and watch shows on the flatscreen TV. The dining area features a glass-topped table and bright green chairs, adding a touch of colour to the minimalist decor, whilst in contrast, the kitchen is equipped with white cupboards and surfaces, creating a bright and airy space for preparing meals.

The ground floor includes 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with en-suites and 1 separate bathroom/shower room) on the first-floor level and finally, there is a separate casita annexe with two single beds that can be arranged as a double, an en-suite shower room and a small kitchen and seating area, by the entrance driveway.

Patio doors from the living/dining area lead out to the outdoor kitchen with sink & portable barbecue, and from here 2 steps down to the swimming pool, lovely sunbathing terrace and wonderful views of Port Andratx and the surrounding area. There is a jacuzzi-hot tub, which can comfortably fit four, and is a fabulous spot to star gaze in the evening while massaged by bubbles.

At dusk, sunset fills the port with a light that really adds to the undeniable magic of a stay at this beautiful property.

Note - This property has a number of steps, which is something to consider for young children or guests with reduced mobility.

Part open staircase up to the first floor – a chillout-media area with sofa, Satellite TV, PS4 gaming system, Sonos sound system and door to terrace.

Part open staircase up to the first floor – Master bedroom with Satellite TV, patio doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with separate shower), 1 bedroom with Satellite TV, patio doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 further bedroom, a further bathroom (bath with overhead shower).

All beds are 180*200 m & in two bedrooms the beds can be separated into single beds 90*200.

Casita-Guest house:

This has a bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double, an en-suite shower room and a small kitchen and seating area.

Outside Space

Patio doors off the living/dining area lead out to the outdoor kitchen with sink & portable barbecue, and from here 2 steps down to the heatable salt-water swimming pool, lovely sunbathing terrace and wonderful views of Port Andratx and the surrounding area. There is a jacuzzi-hot tub, which can comfortably fit four, and is a fabulous spot to star gaze in the evening while massaged by bubbles.

And if you prefer to eat out, you’re spoilt for choice down in the port whether it in the swanky sailing club or the dozen-or-so restaurants that line the other side of the harbour.

Location

Port d’Andratx is a picturesque bay located on Mallorca’s southwest coast, flanked either side by hillsides that really give the town a uniquely dramatic setting.

Villa Celeste is positioned on the northern side, in an upmarket residential neighbourhood that descends to the port’s luxury marina.

It’s a short drive down to the buzzing waterfront, lined with lively bars and restaurants, most found just on the other side of the bay. While the beautiful coast is best explored by sea, you’ll find coastal walks in the area, too, around nearby Cala d’Egos. Sandy beaches at Camp de Mar and Sant Elm are also a short drive away, while it’s around half an hour by road to the beautiful city of Palma and the airport.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Tuesday and Thursday cleaning and towel change, Saturday linen change.

Air-conditioning & Underfloor heating throughout.

Pool Heating 500€ per week.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/5815

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy of the villa is 8 persons plus 1 infant.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

NB.This villa owner requires a 50% deposit at time of booking.
