Steps lead up from the parking area to the entrance of Villa Chanden, built over 2 floors & with an annexe, which offers 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms/shower rooms and is an attractive blend of traditional Mediterranean architecture, terracotta tiling and natural stone, while Eastern-inspired decor combines with whitewashed walls and a sense of calm throughout.

As well as lots of cosy room indoors, outside the sunny terrace and swimming pool area provides lovely views over the neighbouring golf course and the shimmering sea beyond.

‘Chanden’ is the word for moon in Hindi, and both the moonrise and sunset from the various patio are particularly dreamy.

It all comes together for a lovely home-from-home, and it is the perfect base for enjoying your time on the island.

Ground floor – Living/dining room with 2 leather sofas, Satellite TV, Bose sound system, iPod docking facility, WIFI, fireplace and doors to the terrace, dining table & chairs, kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar with stools and door to the terrace. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Built over 2 floors & with an annexe;

Lower Ground Floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath.

Ground floor – Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Annexe – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

The salt-water swimming pool offers a sunny spot for a refreshing dip and can be accessed from any part of the property. Cushioned poolside loungers provide a great place to dry off, or head to the upper terrace to the Bali-style bed for the ultimate chill-out space. There is an outdoor dining area and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

Villa Chandon is part of an exclusive community located in the hills above Bendinat, a largely residential area on the southwest coast of Mallorca.

Nearest Supermarket – Eroski, Bendinat, 2kms.

Nearest Village – C’as Catala, 2.5kms.

Bendinat’s small but perfectly formed beach, a small stretch of white sand with crystal-clear waters surrounded by pine groves, is less than five minutes’ away by car, as are the lovely twin coves of Illetas and Contesa.

Golf fans will be in their element with the fairways of the exceptional Real Golf de Bendinat, an 18-hole course, practically on the doorstep. Set in a picture-perfect wooded valley, the course boasts stunning views of the surrounding area, and the honorary President of the club is King Juan Carlos of Spain. The clubhouse offers excellent facilities and a great view of the 18th hole.

The location also puts you within easy reach of the beautiful city of Palma and its international airport, at just 20 minutes’ away by car.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Cleaning 4hrs per week, to change linen & towels and a general clean of the property.

Air-conditioning & heating throughout.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/3420

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
